Taunton-based Bristol County Savings Bank has promoted Lisa Lassiter to vice president of finance and Patricia Martucci to vice president and controller.

JLL’s Downtown Boston-based team has hired Graham Allison as a senior vice president representing tenants. He comes to JLL from T3 Advisors, where he was a senior principal.

Mass. Growth Capital Corp.

Samir Rauf and Stephen Spinney have been hired by the Boston-baed Massachusetts Growth Capital Corp. as a credit officer and senior loan officer, respectively, to work with the state’s businesses. Rauf has 20 years’ experience in commercial and real estate lending at United Bank, Commerce Bank, Westborough Bank and TD Bank. Spinney brings 17 years of experience as a commercial banker.

Danvers-based Mortgage Network has hired Jennifer Reyes as its newest mortgage loan officer. She is returning to the mortgage industry after teaching mathematics at Masconomet Regional High School in Boxford.
