Following a comprehensive search for the position, current Boston Fed employee Chris Haley was selected and promoted to executive vice president and director of supervision, regulation and credit. Additionally, Steffanie Brady, currently the bank’s chief financial officer, has been promoted to senior vice president of the bank’s national and local financial management division. Chris Ritchie has been promoted to senior vice president in the Federal Reserve’s Financial Support Office, headquartered in Boston.
Bay State Savings Bank
Jessica M. Favreau joined Worcester-based Bay State Savings Bank as commercial loan officer. Favreau comes to the bank from Clinton Savings Bank, where she was a commercial officer.
City Realty Group
Boston-based estate development company City Realty Group promoted Angelina Morales to senior property manager. She will oversee the company’s Dorchester, Roxbury, Roslindale and West Roxbury portfolio.
Hancock Associates
Jacob T. Lemieux of Danvers-based Hancock Associates passed the professional engineering exam and is now a licensed professional engineer in Massachusetts. Lemieux joined Hancock Associates in 2015 as a project civil engineer.
Hobbs Brook Management
Commercial real estate veterans Jerome Kyllingstad, Matthew Donaghey and Suzanne Leblanc have joined Waltham-based developer Hobbs Brook Management as director of asset management, director of operations and director of corporate real estate, respectively.
Monson Savings Bank
Sabina Vegiard was hired as vice president at Monson Savings Bank and financial advisor at Infinex Investments Inc.
National Development
Marc Forchielli was promoted to senior vice president at Newton-based developer National Development. He will be responsible for the acquisition, financing and disposition of investments across a mix of property types. Forchielli has been with National Development since 2007.
