BOND Brothers
Boston-based BOND Brothers construction management and general contracting firm has promoted Tony Bond to CEO and president. Tony Bond replaces Edward Bond Jr. as CEO and Robert Murray as president. Edward Bond Jr. will be staying on as chairman of the board. Murray will stay on as an advisor to the board.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston has appointed Dorothy Savarese, chair and CEO of Hyannis-based Cape Cod 5, to a second term as president of the Federal Reserve Board Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council.

HarborOne Mortgage
Manchester, New Hampshire based HarborOne Mortgage has named Dan Gravelle as its new senior vice president of sales. Gravelle takes over from Dave Burns, who had led the lender’s sales team since 2009. HarborOne Mortgage is a subsidiary of Brockton-based HarborOne Bank.
JPMorgan Chase
New York-based bank JPMorgan Chase has hired Skip Kelly as a managing director and relationship executive on its venture capital team covering commercial middle-market banking. Kelly will be based in Boston and was previously the head of the U.S. life sciences and health care credit solutions at Silicon Valley Bank.
The bank has also promoted Ben Knott to be the executive director of its Boston-based commercial lending team.
KeyBank
Cleveland-based KeyBank has hired Jacob Ullucci as a senior relationship manager on its Boston-based health care banking team.
