Boston-based process engineering firm DPS Group has hired two project managers: John Doring and Bill Rochelle. Doring was vice president of engineering services at HH Technology, while Rochelle was chief operating officer and operations manager at DECCO Process Solutions and director of project management for Chart Energy & Chemicals.

Burlington-based Electrical Supply Center announced its president and CEO, Larry LaFreniere, has been appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s New England Advisory Council.

With the addition of two new members this year, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston announced its board is now made up of a majority of women, including chair Christina Hull Paxson, president of Brown University. The two new members are Jeanne Hulit, president and CEO of Maine Community Bank, and Lauren Smith, the chief health equity and strategy officer for the CDC Foundation.

Boston-based construction giant has hired Wan Li Zhu as managing director of Suffolk Technologies, its venture capital arm charged with investing in construction technology startups. Zhu was previously a founding advisor for Suffolk Technologies and a partner at Boston venture capital firm Fairhaven Capital.

Canton-based Timberline Construction has hired Jim Davis as director of preconstruction services. Davis was previously vice president and project management director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston offices.
