Swansea-based BayCoast Bank has hired Douglas Hanson as a vice president of commercial lending. Hanson was most recently a vice president at West Warwick, Rhode island-based Centreville Bank.
The bank has also hired Cidalia Silva to manage its Elm Street branch in New Bedford. She was most recently a branch manager for Southeastern Mass. Credit Union in Fall River.

East Cambridge Savings Bank
East Cambridge Savings Bank Chelsea Division President Joseph Vinard will retire April 30. Vinard was president and CEO of Chelsea Bank before its purchase by ECSB in 2015.
The bank also named Joseph Amoroso as chairman of its board to replace retiring longtime chair Lee Craig.
