Brookline Bank announced the promotion of Tammy Connelly to branch manager of its Danvers location.
CBRE
Commercial real estate brokerage CBRE has hired Colleen Pentland Lally to join its Boston-based capital markets team, focused on investment sales in the area. Pentland Lally was most recently a senior member of CBRE’s global capital markets team.
The firm also recently hired Patrick Stapleton as a senior analyst on its Boston capital markets team and Roland Merchant Jr. as a senior managing director and Jon Powell as a managing director in its Boston investment banking division. Stapleton joins CBRE from Walker & Dunlop, where he was a licensed associate appraiser, Merchant was a senior managing director of capital markets at JLL and Powell was a managing director at Waterway Capital.

Ware-based Country Bank has hired Samuel Ortiz to its commercial lending division. Ortiz was most recently responsible for business loan operations at Common Capital.

Boston-based engineering and construction management firm DPS Group has hired Kurt Kashuba as director of constructin. Kashuba was most recently director of construction management for A/Z Corp.
