Coastal Heritage Bank
Joseph Hayes has retired as chairman of Weymouth-based Coastal Heritage Bank. Hayes had been president and CEO of one of Coastal Heritage’s predecessor banks from 1991 until the bank’s formation in 2015 following a merger. Hayes will remain a director of the bank’s holding company board. He has been succeeded by Coastal Heritage vice chairman and CEO Robert Terravecchia Jr.
