Worcester-based Bay State Savings Bank has hired Zachary Silverman as a vice president and branch manager, and promoted Ariana Dello Stritto to marketing officer and Kathleen Sivret to branch manager.

Berkshire Bank

Boston-based Berkshire Bank has hired Marissa Ames and Lynne Singletary to its 44 Business Capital team, both as first vice presidents of SBA lending. Ames was previously a senior development officer at First Internet Bank and Singletary was previously a vice president and senior business development officer with BankUnited.

The bank also hired Karen Heston and Stephen Crowley as vice presidents on its wealth management team. Heston was previously a partner at Sage Capital Management and Crowley was a senior financial advisor at BNY Mellon.

Bialow Real Estate

Boston-based Bialow Real Estate, a national retail tenant representation and consulting firm, as promoted Kyle Rottenberg to director.

Bristol County Savings Bank 

Taunton-based Bristol County Savings Bank has hired Will Mendonca as vice president and senior commercial loan officer for its South Coast and Greater Taunton regions.

The Bulfinch Cos.

Boston developer The Bulfinch Cos. has hired Julia Arsenault to be senior vice president and director of property management. Arsenault was previously a property manger with Boston Properties.

CCUA

The Cooperative Credit Union Association announced a slate of new board officers, including two from Massachusetts: incoming Chair Roland Draper, president and CEO, of Somerville Municipal Federal Credit Union and incoming Vice Chair Anabela Grenier, president and CEO of Pioneer Valley Federal Credit Union.

Charles River Bank

Medway-based Charles River Bank has hired Terry Katsaros as a senior vice president and senior commercial lending officer. Katsaros was previously a first vice president and commercial lending officer with Rockland Trust.

Core Investments Inc.

Boston real estate developer Core Investments Inc. has hired Michael Cahill to manage its 1.2 million-square-foot On the Dot development in South Boston. Cahill was previously a senior project manager at Rockhill Management of Boston.

The company also announced promotion of controller Jess Blackerby to vice president and Rob Waters to director of asset services.

Fidelity Bank

Leominster-based Fidelity Bank has promoted Ruby Vargas to vice president and area manager for its two Leominster branches.

The Massachusetts Business Roundtable 

The Massachusetts Business Roundtable board has elected Jane Steinmetz, Boston office managing principal for accountants Ernst & Young as its next chair. Steinmetz succeeds outgoing chair and Eastern Bank CEO Bob Rivers, whose term had expired.

The Massachusetts Competitive Partnership

Boston-based business group the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership has hired Rebecca Davis as its new chief operating officer. Davis was previously deputy director of the Metropolitan Ara Planning council.

The Simon Cos.

Mijin Lee, an assistant property manager with Boston-based The Simon Cos. has earned the accredited residential manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4.

TA Realty

Boston real estate investment manager TA Realty has promoted Nicole Dutra Grinnell to portfolio manager for its core-plus logistics strategy and a member of its investments committee.

Tighe & Bond

Tighe & Bond project managers Eric Ohanian and Daniel Roop were named “professionals of the year” by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Massachusetts.

The company also announced the promotion of water business line leader Peter Grabowski to chief operating officer and chief risk officer. Vice President Tiffany Labrie has been named the leader of the company’s water business line, and Vice President Chris Bone will take on the new role of design manager. Vice President Ian Catlow will succeed Bone as a technical director.

Touchstone Closing

Andover-based real estate law firm Touchstone Closing has appointed Michael Conway as a firm partner as part of a merger with Conway’s firm, Conway Law LLC.

Newton-based The Village Bank has promoted Andrew Franklin to senior vice president and chief lending officer, David Pennybaker Jr. to senior vice president of commercial lending, Joe Barone Bob Dolan, Katherine Herrick and John Tarpinian to vice president.

Littleton-based Workers Credit Union CEO Doug Peterson was named CEO of the Year by the CCUA.
