Florence Bank, NAI Hunneman and Sagan Realtors are among the associations announcing changes to personnel in this week’s roundup.

 

Florence Bank

Florence Bank recently announced that Joel Vengco has been elected by the board of directors as a corporator of the bank. Vengco is chief information officer /vice president of information and technology at Baystate Health.

 

NAI Hunneman

NAI Hunneman announced that Bill McIntyre has joined the company as its CFO, responsible for finance, accounting, cash management and administrative functions for all of NAI Hunneman’s divisions. Prior to joining NAI Hunneman, McIntyre spent 22 years with NRT, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Realogy Holdings Corp.

 

Needham Bank

Needham Bank announced that Alison Borrelli has joined the bank’s advisory council. Borrelli is currently a math teacher at Needham High School.

 

Sagan Realtors

Rosanne Hamblet and Debra Oman, sales associates affiliated with Sagan Realtors in Swampscott, have earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation (ABR). ABR is the only buyer-representive designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors. Less than 4 percent of all Realtors hold the ABR designation nationally.

 

Salem Five

Salem Five announced that Michael Jodoin has joined its team as vice president and senior loan officer. Jodoin has more than 20 years of residential lending experience. Prior to joining Salem Five, he worked as a vice president and senior loan officer at Eastern Bank. The bank also announced that Matt Calver has joined its team as a senior loan officer. Calver has more than 20 years of residential lending experience. Prior to joining Salem Five, he worked as a senior loan officer at Prospect Mortgage and Sage Bank.
