C&W Services

C&W Services, a facility services company, announced that Mike Losier will join the company as director of business development for the Northeast-North region. In his new role, Losier will be responsible for business development activities in the education sector as well as corporate account development. He was mostly recently a business development manager for Allied Universal Security.

 

Jack Conway

Jack Conway announced that Susan O’Brien recently joined the company’s Scituate sales team. O’Brien joined Conway in 2013, working in the Hanover office for several years before taking a brief hiatus from her career due to family obligations. She was a longtime state worker and city of Boston Zoning Board employee before getting her real estate license in 2012.

 

Harriman

Harriman, a design and engineering firm with offices in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, announced the promotion of Mark M. Ouellette to associate. Ouellette will join Harriman’s leadership team. Since joining Harriman in 2006, Ouellette has worked extensively on the design of municipal and office projects.

 

Howard Stein Hudson

Howard Stein Hudson, a firm delivering transportation and engineering solutions for clients in Boston and throughout the region, has promoted Rick Latini to the position of associate principal and owner. Latini joined the firm in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience in land use permitting and infrastructure design.

 

Lupoli Development

Lupoli Development announced that it has hired Stephen Brodsky as vice president and director of property and asset management. Brodsky brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience in the Boston area to Lupoli Development. He will oversee all property management functions of the company and the delivery of real estate services to an exceptional portfolio of tenants.

 

Martha’s Vineyard Savings Bank

Martha’s Vineyard Savings Bank announced James Anthony has been appointed as president and CEO, effective May 2017. For more than a decade, Anthony was president and CEO of Chesapeake Bancorp and Chesapeake Bank and Trust in Maryland. Most recently, he worked as Severn Bank’s COO and executive vice president.

 

Seamen’s Bank

Seamen’s Bank recently appointed Nikki Rickard as loan originator for residential development. Rickard will be mobile and available to meet with clients in their homes or offices or in any of the bank’s branch locations.

 

SpencerBANK and Southbridge Savings Bank

SpencerBANK and Southbridge Savings Bank recently held their annual Length of Service Awards dinner at Avellino in Sturbridge, honoring 19 employees this year to recognize the dedication and longevity of their employees.

 

William Raveis Real Estate

William Raveis Real Estate recently announced Arthur Cantor and Eileen Cain as the newest sales managers. In their new roles, Cantor and Cain will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, motivating and managing the offices agents and helping to further build William Raveis’ presence in Brookline. Cantor, an 18-year industry veteran, joined William Raveis – Chestnut Hill in 2007. Cain joined William Raveis – Chestnut Hill in 2012 and has over 13 years of extensive residential real estate experience.

 

Wakefield Co-operative Bank

Wakefield Co-operative Bank announced the promotion of Leo J. Barrett Jr. to senior vice president and chief loan officer. Barrett joined the bank in 2014. Previously, Barrett worked at Digital Federal Credit Union as a senior commercial Lender for several years. As chief loan officer, Barrett now leads all commercial and residential loan activities at Wakefield Co-operative Bank, while continuing to support and grow commercial real estate loan production and lead the entire lending team to maximize growth, performance and customer satisfaction.

 

WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff

WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization, recently named Daniel Kennedy as maritime manager in New England. In his new position, Kennedy will manage maritime consulting operations throughout New England, responsible for business development, marketing and project execution. Based in the Boston office, he will provide oversight, management, design and coordination services for major projects involving port and marine facilities.
