BayCoast Mortgage Co.

BayCoast Mortgage Co. announced that Gerard J. Loiseau has joined the company as a loan originator. Loiseau will work with borrowers to complete a mortgage transaction, by serving as the borrower’s main point of contact throughout the entire home loan process.

 

Cape Cod Five

Jon Wells has joined Cape Cod Five in the role of mortgage loan officer. Wells brings with him 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and will be based out of the Wareham Banking Center. Prior to joining Cape Cod Five, Wells held the position of account executive for a private mortgage insurance provider. Additionally, he was previously employed in account executive and manager roles in several national and regional banks and mortgage companies in New England.

 

Conway Commercial Group

Stephen Santangelo of Wellesley recently joined the Norwell-based Conway Commercial Group, the commercial sales and leasing arm of Jack Conway. Santangelo is an experienced real estate sales agent with a degree in management and legal studies from Bryant University in Rhode Island.

 

East Cambridge Savings Bank

East Cambridge Savings Bank President and CEO Gilda M. Nogueira has been named president of the Federal Reserve Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC) for the 2018 term. The CDIAC is a group of community bankers that provides updates to the Federal Reserve Board of Governors on economic, lending and employment conditions in their respective region of the country. Nogueira will represent the six New England states on the council and provide vital feedback on issues of importance to community and locally based banks.

 

Jack Conway

Jack Conway Cityside-Seaport has added Molli Browne to their team as a Realtor. The Johnson and Wales University junior will work with commercial and residential buyers and sellers in Boston’s Seaport district.

Mortgage Network Inc. announced that Jay Murphy has joined the company as a loan officer serving the Greater Boston area. He is based in the lender’s Burlington branch. Murphy brings over 10 years of mortgage banking experience to Mortgage Network, working primarily in the Boston area and the Greater New England region. He specializes in both conventional and jumbo loans. Most recently, Murphy served for six years as a loan originator for Salem Five Bank.

Nutter, a Boston-based law firm, announced that Chambers High Net Worth recognized the firm as a leading law firm in Private Wealth Law in Massachusetts.
