Lynnfield developer Procopio Cos.’ newest multifamily project on the Beverly waterfront is offering up to two months free on some units as it opens its second phase.

Set on 3.5 acres, the Sedna complex at 16 Congress St. includes 62 units, all with water views, in a pair of buildings and access to a 1,500-foot boardwalk. Common area amenities include a pair of roof terraces, club room and wine bar, patio with firepits and grills and a pet wash.

Leasing agents are hosting open houses beginning Sunday and running through March. The property is currently offering up to two months free rent on 15-month leases for some units in both buildings. Rents for one-bedroom units range from $2,200 to $2,600, according to Procopio Cos.

The 32-unit first phase opened in October.
