Developers of two new condo projects in South End and Jamaica Plain have announced prices and begun presales in preparation for their completion in 2020.

Related Beal said prices for its 101 condos at the 14-story Quinn property at 380 Harrison Ave. will start at $800,000 and range up to $5 million. The Collaborative Cos. is leading the sales team for the property scheduled for completion in fall 2020, with a sales center now open at 460 Harrison Ave.

And in Jamaica Plain, City Realty has begun marketing units starting at $475,000 in its 39-unit Tempo complex scheduled to open in April.

Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Meyer Davis, The Quinn emulates the row house and industrial architecture architecture of the South End. Units incorporate features including fireplaces, custom cabinetry and millwork. Amenities including squash and basketball courts, rock-climbing wall, indoor pool and rooftop cabanas.

City Realty’s Tempo condos, designed by Emarc Studio of South Boston, offer a pet-friendly option at an entry-level price. Amenities include an automated garage parking, bike storage and repair station and pet wash station.

Hard hat tours are available for prospective buyers, and Boston Realty Advisors/Advisors Living is the marketing agent.
